Meet Dan and John Rogers. Two brothers who opened the doors to In The Works in the city of Ham Lake back in 2005; however these two automotive enthusiasts and auto body experts have been doing body and paint work for a combined 50 years. John's wife Amy does the office work for a totally family run business. We take pride in doing quality work and your 100% satisfaction is our goal. No job is too small - from a simple door ding to complete restoration, we take pride in our work. We know proper repair of collision damage keeps you safe, your car performing at its best and the appearance should bring a smile to your face. Dan likes to say we will paint anything that fits through our doors. We want you and your family and friends to be our satisfied customers for life!  We not only care about your car, we care for our community and invest our time involed in the Free-2-Be car care for Welfare to Work programs, Immigrants, Unemployed, Under Employed, Disabled and Senior Citizens.
